DESIGN – SALES – INSTALL – AFTER SALES SERVICE
Having worked on a large number of projects within Kew Green Edge DPM were contracted to design the hotels new catering facilities at Holiday Inn Shepperton.
The hotel is undergoing major works including a complete redesign of the ground floor. Edge DPM designed the two kitchens, banqueting and main kitchen, around the central wash-up location to minimise the cross over between staff in this busy hotel restaurant.
The main kitchen incorporates a central cooking island from the Electrolux range of Therma products. Allocated coldrooms and a hot pass incorporated into the restaurants buffet area, coupled with an abundance of prep space allows for this kitchen to operate functionally and efficiently. As well as the main hot kitchen Edge developed a banquet kitchen which can also be utilised as an outsourced catering space allowing for further business opportunities.
Edge are now working with the project team to coordinate, deliver and hand over the finished kitchen to our client for Spring 2021.
